Terms & Delivery

Samples are available to purchase from our online shop. While we will do our best to accommodate clients requests for particular colours of sample invitations this may not always be possible depending on stock availability. By ordering samples of our stationery, you agree that they are for your own personal use and will not be copied by you or any third party.

All cards and designs are the copyright and property of Sparkle & Rose Ltd. They may not be copied or reproduced in any way without prior written permission from Sparkle & Rose Ltd. Any breach of copyright will be acted upon.

The Sparkle & Rose website is intended to represent our products only and images should not be used as an actual match. We would always recommend clients see samples of our stationery for accuracy.

Deposit & Payment

A 25% non-refundable deposit is payable at the time of ordering. The balance must be paid before dispatch of your final order.

Please allow 4-6 weeks from our receiving your order form to delivery.

We dispatch orders with an insured service which is guaranteed next day delivery. Standard delivery is £9.00 to most UK addresses. If you require your order in different stages please note there will be extra delivery charges. If you require your stationery urgently, we can courier them at an extra cost.

Please specify when ordering your stationery if the delivery address is different to your contact address. A signature is required on receipt.

Copyright Permission

It is the client’s responsibility to obtain any copyright permission for hymns or poems to be used.

It is the clients responsibility to sign and approve all proofs. A first round of changes is free of charge with further rounds of changes charged at £30. Sparkle & Rose cannot be held responsible for any errors noticed after proofs have been approved by the client.

Prices

Prices may be changed without prior notice. Once a client has placed an order, the price is confirmed for that order.

Sparkle & Rose cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage once the order has been dispatched. We will take all reasonable care in safe packing and adequate delivery methods.

We hope you are entirely satisfied with the purchase you have made with Sparkle & Rose Ltd. Due to the products being personalised to your own requirements, refunds and exchanges will only be given if the goods are found to be faulty. If you believe this is so, please contact us in writing within 5 days of receipt to address and resolve the matter.

Please note if an order is cancelled after proofs have been issued but before printing has begun, then any current or completed work must be paid for.
